Live in the Orchard gig video with the late Brian Hatcher from back in the day
Bryce’s longtime music friend and guitarist Brian Hatcher sadly passed away this month. Brian is a kiwi legend in the guitar scene and played professionally since he was 17 years old.
“This gig happened the week after we recorded The Brightest Star song in Auckland with the legendary Mike McCarthy. It was one of those days where the stars and the Taranaki weather aligned. I’m grateful for Chris Lewis’s raw camera footage he took candidly on the day that captured these moments.”
Here’s some footage that showcases his magic. This event was in Taranaki in 2007 at The Waiau Estate, which became a popular hub for live music and other events.
